1. Using the site
You may browse, search and enquire freely. Signing in creates an account tied to your mobile number so you can save a shortlist, track enquiries and keep your thread with our desk.
2. Listings and availability
We verify availability with owners before showing you a property. Some newly added listings show limited detail while we confirm the specifics — these are marked, and we come back with the details on request.
3. Our role and brokerage
Rent A Roof acts as a facilitator between you and property owners. Brokerage and any charges are disclosed before you commit, never after. We are not a party to the agreement between you and the owner.
4. Liability
We take care to keep information accurate, but final terms — rent, deposit, availability and condition — are confirmed directly with the owner before you sign. The site is provided on an as-is basis.
