Brokerage is one month plus GST on rentals, and standard rates on sales. We tell you the number before you see anything, never after.
Are all your listings actually available?
We verify availability with the owner before showing you anything. Some newly added listings show limited detail while we confirm the specifics — ask and we come back the same day.
Can you help if I am moving from abroad?
A good part of our work is with expats and returning families. We can run video walkthroughs, handle the paperwork remotely and have the flat ready before you land.
How quickly can I see something?
Usually within 48 hours. We batch three or four viewings into one run so you are not losing four separate evenings.
